I published a page describing a Vortex script for category analysis that I wrote a while back but I thought I’d mention it because I’m not sure folks realise how useful it can be.
It can be used to categorise both text and numeric fields as shown below
But also if you generate Murcko scaffolds (Tools:Calculate properties).
You can then use the Category analysis script to generate the display below, this allows you to easily examine particular scaffolds.
