Pistachio is a reaction dataset and interface providing loading, querying, and analytics of chemical reactions.
The reaction data has been obtained from an ELN export, external datasets, or mined from journals and patents. It contains 19.17M reactions (6.1M unique). An increase of 3M+ reactions is due to improvements in the reaction extraction tools.
