A rather different post. I’m the owner of a pair of Powerbeats Pro that I’ve used while exercising for a couple of years. Recently the right-hand earpiece stopped making a sound. The buttons still functioned, so I could skip tracks or change volume (on the working side) but no sound.
I tried the suggested remedies I found online, resetting by pressing the system button, allowing the case to discharge completely and then recharge etc. to no avail. I then removed the rubber earpiece and noticed some debris on the speaker interface. I was able to remove this with a soft brush. I replaced the rubber earpiece and it now works perfectly.
